The short version
- Pending, uncredited and reversed rewards require different explanations.
- The offer provider determines the relevant support route and reporting window.
- Save completion evidence, and do not treat additional spending as a guaranteed remedy.
Start with the status, not the advertised reward
A reward can be missing because the completion was never credited, pending because it has been recognized but held, or reversed because an earlier credit was removed. Read the explanation attached to the exact task and provider.
Freecash's held-offer article says held rewards are excluded from the withdrawable balance while checks or chargeback-related restrictions apply. Its separate uncredited-offer guide concerns tasks that have not produced the expected credit. If a screen contains both a pending amount and an available balance, record them separately. A total displayed on a profile is not evidence that the whole amount can be redeemed today, and completion alone does not establish successful tracking.

Pending can reflect a check or a merchant confirmation
Freecash says some completed offers are selected for checks and that standard holds release automatically when those checks finish. Its help page does not promise an estimated release time or manual early release. That is a description of its hold process, not a guarantee about a particular account.
Shopping cashback provides a different example. Freecash's cashback guidance says the merchant verifies that a purchase was not canceled or refunded before the reward becomes withdrawable. Some confirmations depend on return windows or completion of the purchased service. The practical question is therefore what event releases the reward: review completion, merchant approval or another stated milestone. A delivery receipt or game achievement may show your activity without proving that the separate reward-validation stage has finished.

A reversal concerns credit that was already issued
Freecash uses chargeback to describe a deduction of an offer reward following suspected invalid activity, distinct from a cardholder disputing a bank payment. Its examples include duplicate completions, multiple accounts, false information and use of prohibited connection tools. The article says deductions can occur up to ninety days after credit.
A reversal label is the operator's decision, not independent proof that the user committed fraud. Preserve the original credit, later deduction and any explanation, then ask for the particular task and condition involved. Cointiply separately prohibits VPNs and proxies and warns that offerwalls may reverse rewards when they detect them. Changing location or creating another account to bypass a restriction can therefore make the issue worse rather than resolve the original disagreement.

Use the support route for the actual provider
Freecash's uncredited-offer guide separates offers it provides from partner offers. It directs users to Freecash tickets for its own offers and to the partner for partner offers. The reviewed guidance gives different waiting periods: forty-eight hours after completion for Freecash offers and seventy-two hours for uncredited partner offers before contacting the provider.
Keep the provider name alongside the task identifier instead of assuming the website displaying an offer controls every decision. Check the task's completion deadline separately from the reporting wait. Freecash says a missed completion deadline cannot be overridden through support. Waiting for permission to report an issue does not extend the original task deadline, and repeatedly opening the same task elsewhere does not establish that an earlier completion was eligible.
Keep evidence that connects the task to your account
Freecash's evidence guide accepts screenshots and prefers a recording, with the platform identifier and relevant in-app account details visible. For gaming offers it identifies progress and, where relevant, purchase receipts as useful evidence. These requirements concern documenting activity that already occurred, not making a purchase to strengthen a complaint.
Build a concise chronology: the offer version you saw, when you started, the requirement completed, the completion time and what the reward screen shows now. Include the account identifier needed to link the achievement to the offer. Keep the original files and submit relevant copies through the official support route. Avoid publishing receipts, private account details or unrelated screen content in public discussion threads merely to demonstrate that you have evidence.

Do not assume more activity will recover an existing reward
Freecash describes a separate hold triggered when its chargeback-rate threshold is exceeded. Its documentation says release then depends on reducing that rate through further completed offers. That stated mechanism does not guarantee that new tasks will track, qualify or produce a payout, and it is not a recommendation from this guide to undertake them.
Assess the disputed amount separately from any proposed new commitment. Additional purchases, subscriptions or hours spent cannot change whether an earlier deadline was met. Before considering any new task, read its eligibility, device, region and cost conditions on their own merits. For redemption, also check the current reward destination and requirements; an available credit and a successfully received payment remain separate records. Stopping further activity while retaining evidence is a valid choice.

Questions & answers
Does pending mean the reward was rejected?
Not necessarily. A hold may mean checks or merchant confirmation are incomplete. Read the task-specific reason and distinguish pending credit from a recorded deduction.

Can a reward disappear after it was credited?
Freecash documents later deductions for suspected invalid completions. Save both entries and the stated reason; an earlier credit is not proof that a reward can never be reviewed.
Should I contact the rewards site or the offerwall?
Identify the provider in the offer details. Freecash routes its own offers to its support and partner offers to the relevant partner, after the applicable reporting wait.
Will doing more offers guarantee release of held rewards?
No. Freecash describes a chargeback-rate mechanism, but that does not guarantee new completions or payment. Treat any further task as a separate commitment.
